ABOUT ALLISON MACLELLAN
Allison MacLellan is an experienced litigator who fights tirelessly and relentlessly for her clients. Ms. MacLellan believes that everyone is entitled to being treated with respect, basic human decency and being given a fair shake. She often takes up the fight for the underdog and has no qualms about going up against large corporations to ensure justice is served.
She has extensive trial experience. She started her career as a prosecutor in Chicago's State's Attorney's Office and has litigated in numerous courts in Massachusetts since then.

She was named one of the top 12 Lawyers of the Year in Massachusetts in 2018 after single-handedly winning a $28 million verdict in an employment discrimination case, a landmark verdict which far exceeded prior jury awards in the field of employment law in Massachusetts.
Ms. MacLellan completed her undergraduate degree at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and her Juris Doctorate at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.
She is admitted to the Massachusetts bar and the federal bar, First Circuit District of Massachusetts.
